The venue is clean and huge with very nice helpful staff members. The building is very pretty and the rooms are beautifully decorated and well-appointed with bar, very comfortable bed, for instance. The food offer is delightful. This place is in a really handy location in fact bar drink prices amongst cheapest in the area.
Nothing that i didn't like.

I stayed in a family room at Fir Trees for one night. The room was spacious and had all the necessities we needed for our group. The cleanliness was decent, but the carpet looked a bit worn out. I loved the cooked breakfast in the morning. It was substantial and quite tasty. I found the TV options lacking. No Netflix or similar services available. The common areas seemed tired and need a refresh. The staff were friendly. It was good value for the price we paid, but some attention needed in maintenance and entertainment options.

The room was comfy, really spacious with plenty of storage. The bed was super cozy and the shower had great pressure. I felt really relaxed there. Just a bit dated in some areas, but overall a solid spot to rest after a long day.

Love that the hotel used to be in a great location, I'm sure it was amazin back in the day. Would def recommend if you're after a short stay and good service.
the place needs a bit of a refresh as some areas felt dated, and the breakfast options weren't the best.

Friendly staff. The standard double room was comfy with a tv, electric kettle, private bathroom, and free toiletries. Loved the wake-up service and the good quality shower. They have a nice spa facility too. Breakfast had a lot of options with a cozy vibe to it.

Decent Stay but Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay. And the dining area offered delicious meals that satisfied our appetites. The room could use some updates, particularly regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Be sure to ask for fresh towels daily.

missingWrote a review on 12 Julmini-golfchaotic check-in
We stayed in a family room and loved the mini-golf right at the hotel. Just a heads up, the breakfast service can be a bit hit or miss based on what others said, but overall, it was a fun group getaway.
One issue we faced was that the check-in process was a bit chaotic. There was no receptionist when we arrived.

Comfortable Stay with Delicious Dining Options
The staff's attentiveness during our afternoon tea made it special, especially the good scones. Pro tip, make sure to ask for extra tea early on, as service can be a bit slow.

Solo traveler's nice moment
The staff was amazing, they helped me find my way around when I arrived, I mean I was lost like a kid in a candy store. And the food? Tried the chicken melt with garlic potatoes, I swear it was divine, never tasted anything like it.
It wasn't dirt cheap but ya know, I could live with it.
