I stayed in a family room at Fir Trees for one night. The room was spacious and had all the necessities we needed for our group. The cleanliness was decent, but the carpet looked a bit worn out. I loved the cooked breakfast in the morning. it was substantial and quite tasty. I found the TV options lacking. No Netflix or similar services available. The common areas seemed tired and need a refresh. The staff were friendly, making the experience enjoyable. it was good value for the price we paid, but some attention needed in maintenance and entertainment options.

missingWrote a review on 12 Julmini-golfaccess liftchaotic check-in
Had an awesome trip with friends! We stayed in a family room and loved the mini-golf right at the hotel. The access lift was super helpful for everyone, making it easy to explore local attractions comfortably. Just a heads up, the breakfast service can be a bit hit or miss based on what others said, but overall, it was a fun group getaway.
One issue we faced was that the check-in process was a bit chaotic. There was no receptionist when we arrived, which added stress to our arrival despite the overall good time.

Comfortable Stay with Delicious Dining Options
We had a relaxing two-night stay in a well-equipped standard double room. The staff's attentiveness during our afternoon tea made it special, especially the delightful scones. Pro tip, make sure to ask for extra tea early on, as service can be a bit slow.

Solo traveler’s memorable moment
The staff was amazing, they helped me find my way around when I arrived, I mean I was lost like a kid in a candy store. And the food? Tried the chicken melt with garlic potatoes, I swear it was divine, never tasted anything like it.
It wasn't dirt cheap but ya know, I could live with it.
